Boston Bibb with
Wisconsin Blue Cheese,
Walnuts, Apples and
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Makes 4 servings
*1 apple, chopped
*Juice from 1 lemon
*5 oz. Boston Bibb lettuce
*4 oz. spinach
*2 oz. endive lettuce
*1 1/2 cups Candied Walnuts
*5 oz. Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled
*1/2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
*Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1Chop the apple and hold in lemon juice and water.
2Toss lettuces together with remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3Arrange on the plate.
