
Boston Bibb with
Wisconsin Blue Cheese,
Walnuts, Apples and
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Makes 4 servingsIngredients
* | 1 apple, chopped |
* | Juice from 1 lemon |
* | Water |
* | 5 oz. Boston Bibb lettuce |
* | 4 oz. spinach |
* | 2 oz. endive lettuce |
* | 1 1/2 cups Candied Walnuts |
* | 5 oz. Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled |
* | 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette |
* | Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
1 | Chop the apple and hold in lemon juice and water. |
2 | Toss lettuces together with remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
3 | Arrange on the plate. |
