1 | Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a bundt pan or fluted tube pan with vegetable oil spray. |
2 | In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Separately, in a large bowl, blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs with an electric beater until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. |
3 | Pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread the batter evenly. Spoon the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the batter covering completely. Pour remaining batter on top. |
4 | Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Turn over onto serving plate and cool completely. Slice and garnish each serving with fresh raspberries. |
