Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes
Makes 4 servings
*2 lbs. red-skinned new potatoes
*4 garlic cloves, peeled
*1 tsp. salt
*1/4 cup half 'n half
*3 tbls. butter
*Salt and pepper
1Place unpeeled potatoes and garlic in a large pot. Cover with water and add salt. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes. Drain well and return to pot.
2Add half 'n half and butter. Mash until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
