Tomato, Basil and Gorgonzola Pizza
Makes 4 servings
*12-inch thin-crust prebaked Italian pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
*Cooking spray or olive oil
*6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
*1/2 medium-size red onion, thinly sliced
*2 oz. Gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
*1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1Place pizza crust on an ungreased baking sheet or pizza pan. Coat crust with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Top with tomato and remaining ingredients.
2Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
