Grilled Corn on the Cob
Makes 6 servings
*6 large ears of sweet corn, husks removed
*2 tbls. olive oil
*Salt and pepper
1Brush corn lightly all over with olive oil. Grill corn until brown in spots, turning occasionally, about 12 minutes.
2Serve immediately with butter and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Create compound butter flavors by adding herbs, spices or aromatics to softened butter: dill, chives, basil, rosemary, roasted garlic, shallots, dried crushed chipotle chile peppers, cayenne pepper.
  • These flavored butters can also be used on grilled vegetables or fish.
