Macaroni and Tuna Salad
Makes 6-8 servings
*1 lb. elbow macaroni or small shells
*1 medium onion, diced small
*2 stalks celery, finely chopped
*1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
*6 oz. can tuna fish, packed in water, drained, flaked
*null Salt and pepper to taste
1Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain. Cool.
2In a large serving bowl, combine pasta, onion, celery, mayonnaise and tuna fish. Stir to mix completely. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
