Grilled Chicken with Bourbon-Mustard Glaze
Makes 4-6 servings
*2/3 cup chili sauce
*1/2 cup bourbon
*3 tbls. Dijon mustard
*1 1/2 tbls. soy sauce
*1 tbls. light brown sugar
*2 lbs. chicken drumsticks or breasts
*Salt and pepper
1Combine chili sauce, bourbon, mustard, soy sauce and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
2Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brush generously with sauce. Grill until chicken is cooked through, basting often.
