Quick & Easy Pizza
Makes 4 servings
*10-oz. package refrigerated pizza crust dough
*3/4 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
*6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
*Fresh basil, chopped
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 10-inch oven-proof skillet liberally with non-stick cooking spray.
2Unroll dough and press onto botton and up sides of skillet. Use a fork to prick the dough several times. Bake 12 minutes or until crust is set and begins to brown. Gently slide the crust onto a non-stick baking sheet.
3Spread sauce over crust and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Top with basil. Let stand 5 minutes and serve in wedges.
