Martini Buffet
Makes Individual Servings
*Dry vermouth
*Green cocktail olives
*Cocktail onions
*Lemon peel twists
1Pour cold water over ice cubes into martini glasses and let stand 1-2 minutes to chill. Empty.
2Combine desired amount of vermouth and vodka or gin with ice in a shaker. Shake several times, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer into chilled martini glass.
3Garnish as desired.
  • Alternatively, use a mister to lightly spray vermouth directly onto glass for a classic dry martini.
