Iceberg Wedge with Russian Dressing
Makes 6 servingsIngredients
* | 1 cup mayonnaise |
* | 3 tbls. ketchup |
* | 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire® sauce |
* | 1 head iceberg lettuce |
* | 1 small red onion, finely minced |
* | 1 English cucumber, sliced lengthwise, seeded and chopped |
* | 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese |
Instructions
1 | To prepare dressing, mix mayonnaise, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce together. |
2 | Slice lettuce head into 6 wedges. Spoon dressing over each wedge. Sprinkle red onion and cucumber over lettuce wedge and top with blue cheese. |
