Iceberg Wedge with Russian Dressing
Makes 6 servings
*1 cup mayonnaise
*3 tbls. ketchup
*1/4 tsp. Worcestershire® sauce
*1 head iceberg lettuce
*1 small red onion, finely minced
*1 English cucumber, sliced lengthwise, seeded and chopped
*2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
1To prepare dressing, mix mayonnaise, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce together.
2Slice lettuce head into 6 wedges. Spoon dressing over each wedge. Sprinkle red onion and cucumber over lettuce wedge and top with blue cheese.
