Stirfry Beef Tips
Makes 4 servings
*1/2 tbls. olive oil
*1 tbls. margarine
*1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Angus beef eye round steak or rump steak beef loin, cut into bite-sized cubes
*salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste
1Combine olive oil and margarine in large non-stick skillet.
2Add beef cubes and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
3Stirfry over high heat until done.
4Serve immediately with sauces (see notes).
