* | 1/2 tbls. olive oil |
* | 1 tbls. margarine |
* | 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Angus beef eye round steak or rump steak beef loin, cut into bite-sized cubes |
* | salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste |
1 | Combine olive oil and margarine in large non-stick skillet. |
2 | Add beef cubes and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. |
3 | Stirfry over high heat until done. |
4 | Serve immediately with sauces (see notes). |
