Raspberry Fondue
Makes 2 cups
*2 10-oz. packages frozen raspberries, thawed
*2 tbls. cornstarch
*2 tbls. orange-flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
*Dippers: cubed Angel food cake, banana slices, cherries, kiwi, marshmallows
1Puree berries in a food processor or blender. Strain and discard the seeds.
2Dissolve cornstarch in liqueur. Add the raspberry puree and cook over medium high heat until slightly thickened.
3Serve hot or chilled with assorted dippers.
  • Substitute frozen strawberries as an alternative.
