Grilled Halibut with Lemon-Caper Sauce
Makes 6 servings
*6 halibut steaks (or other firm white fish)
*2 tbls. fresh lemon juice
*Salt and pepper, to taste
*Lemon-Caper Sauce
1Season fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spray both sides of fish and grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Grill fish turning once, about 5 - 6 minutes each side to desired doneness. Serve with lemon-caper sauce.
