Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
*1 large head garlic
*1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Slice the top off the head of garlic and place, cut side up, in a small baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
3Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake, uncovered, an additional 20 - 30 minutes.
4Garlic can be easily squeezed from cloves for use in cooking or as a delicious spread on crackers, breads or baked potatoes.
