* | 8-ounce package cream cheese |
* | 1 tablespoon milk |
* | 1 tablespoon white wine |
* | 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce |
* | 3 - 4 scallions, chopped, white and light green parts only |
* | 7 1/2-ounce can king crabmeat, drained and picked over for bones or cartilage |
* | Assorted crackers or toast points |
1 | Blend cream cheese, milk, wine and Worcestershire sauce together in a saucepan over medium-low heat. |
2 | Stir in scallions and crabmeat (remove pieces of cartilage, if present). |
3 | Heat, stirring occasionally, on low heat. Reduce to warm until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers or toast points. |
