Herb-Crusted Swordfish with Horseradish Sauce
Makes 4 servings
*4 swordfish steaks
*1 tbls. fresh lemon juice
*3/4 cup Italian-seasoned dry breadcrumbs
*1 tbls. fresh parsley, minced
*Salt and pepper, to taste
*Horseradish Sauce
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2Sprinkle swordfish on both sides with lemon and set aside for 10 minutes.
3In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip swordfish into the breadcrumb mixture and press gently to coat both sides.
4Place swordfish in baking dish and coat top of the fish with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
