* | 8-oz. package bacon |
* | 1 large onion, chopped |
* | 2 31-oz. cans baked beans |
* | 14 oz. ketchup |
* | 1 cup brown sugar |
* | 1 tsp. Dijon mustard |
* | 1/4 cup molasses |
1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
2 | In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble into pieces on paper towel. Drain grease from skillet, but do not wash. Add onion and saute until softened and translucent. |
3 | Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole, cover and cook in oven for 1 hour or until bubbly. (Alternatively, place in Crock Pot, set on medium and slow cook until ready to serve. |
