* | 10-oz. package frozen spinach, thawed |
* | 1.4-oz. envelope vegetable soup mix |
* | 8-oz. can water chestnuts, chopped |
* | 16 oz. sour cream |
* | 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
* | 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice |
* | 3 - 4 scallions, chopped, white and light green parts |
* | Assorted servers |
1 | Drain spinach well and pat dry. Chop spinach. |
2 | Mix all ingredients together. Chill. |
3 | Serve with an assortment of crackers, carrots, celery and bread. |
