Spinach Dip
Makes 8 servings
*10-oz. package frozen spinach, thawed
*1.4-oz. envelope vegetable soup mix
*8-oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
*16 oz. sour cream
*1/2 cup mayonnaise
*1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
*3 - 4 scallions, chopped, white and light green parts
*Assorted servers
1Drain spinach well and pat dry. Chop spinach.
2Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
3Serve with an assortment of crackers, carrots, celery and bread.
