* | 2 firm ripe bananas, peeled |
* | 1 tbls. margarine |
* | 3 tbls. brown sugar |
* | 2 tsps. rum |
* | 1 tbls. orange juice |
* | 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon |
* | Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt |
1 | Slice bananas into ½ inch rounds. |
2 | Melt margarine over medium heat in large skillet. Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Add rum, orange juice and cinnamon. Stir together. |
3 | Add banana slices, continue to stir and cook until tender, about 2 - 3 minutes. Do not over cook. |
4 | Serve warm over ice cream or yogurt. |
