
Artichoke, Crab & Cheese Dip
Makes 6-8 ServingsIngredients
* | 1 tablespoon butter |
* | 8 1/2-ounce can artichoke hearts, packed in water, well drained |
* | 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, well drained |
* | 6 ounces fresh crabmeat, cartilage and shells removed |
* | 4-ounce can diced green chiles |
* | 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
* | 2 cups (6 to 8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese |
* | Tortilla chips |
Instructions
1 | Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Prepare a baking dish by greasing with butter. |
2 | Chop artichoke hearts together and combine with fresh crabmeat. Spoon into prepared baking dish. |
3 | Scatter chiles on top and carefully spread mayonnaise over the top. Sprinkle liberally with cheese. |
4 | Cover with aluminum foil and bake until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes. |
5 | Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping. |
