Artichoke, Crab & Cheese Dip
Makes 6-8 Servings
*1 tablespoon butter
*8 1/2-ounce can artichoke hearts, packed in water, well drained
*6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, well drained
*6 ounces fresh crabmeat, cartilage and shells removed
*4-ounce can diced green chiles
*1/2 cup mayonnaise
*2 cups (6 to 8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
*Tortilla chips
1Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Prepare a baking dish by greasing with butter.
2Chop artichoke hearts together and combine with fresh crabmeat. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
3Scatter chiles on top and carefully spread mayonnaise over the top. Sprinkle liberally with cheese.
4Cover with aluminum foil and bake until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
5Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
