
Philly Cheese Steak Quesadillas
Makes 18 ServingsIngredients
* | 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus additional for brushing tortillas | * | 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes | * | 1 medium onion, sliced thin | * | 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Season-All Seasoned Salt | * | 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder | * | 8 ounces processed cheese, cubed | * | 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas |

Instructions
1 | Preheat oven to 350F degrees. |
2 | Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef and brown on all sides. Drain, if needed; return beef to skillet. |
3 | Add onion, Season-All seasoned salt and garlic powder; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add cheese; cook and stir until melted. |
4 | Place 3 tortillas on ungreased baking sheet. Place 1/3 of the meat mixture evenly on each tortilla. Top with remaining tortillas. Lightly brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with additional Season-All seasoned salt, if desired. |
5 | Bake 5 minutes or until heated through. Cut into 3-inch wedges. Serve warm. |
