|*||1 cup sour cream|
|*||2 tablespoons Confectioners' sugar|
|*||1 teaspoon McCormick Imitation Coconut Extract|
|*||2 8-ounce cans pineapple chunks, drained|
|*||11-ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained|
|*||1 cup miniature marshmallows|
|*||1 medium banana, sliced|
|*||Toasted chopped pecans (optional)|
|1||Mix sour cream, Confectioners' sugar and extract; set aside.|
|2||Mix pineapple chunks and orange segments in medium bowl. Stir in sour cream mixture. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.|
|3||Add marshmallows and bananas just before serving; mix lightly. Garnish with toasted chopped pecans, if desired.|
- Substitute 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks, for the canned pineapple.
