Mandarin Orange Pilaf
Makes 6 servings
*6oz. package rice pilaf mix
*2 oz. pine (pignoli) nuts
*8 1/4 oz can Mandarin orange segments, drained
1Prepare rice pilaf according to package directions.
2Separately, toast pine nuts until golden brown, 2-4 minutes.
3When rice is done, add pine nuts and oranges and mix together before serving.
