* | 6oz. package rice pilaf mix |
* | 2 oz. pine (pignoli) nuts |
* | 8 1/4 oz can Mandarin orange segments, drained |
1 | Prepare rice pilaf according to package directions. |
2 | Separately, toast pine nuts until golden brown, 2-4 minutes. |
3 | When rice is done, add pine nuts and oranges and mix together before serving. |
