Lemon Herb Green BeansMakes 8 Servings
|*||1 1/2 pounds green beans, trimmed|
|*||2 tablespoons butter or margarine|
|*||1 teaspoon McCormick Basil Leaves|
|*||1/2 teaspoon McCormick Oregano leaves|
|*||1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel|
|1||Cook beans in boiling salted water in large uncovered saucepan on medium-high heat for 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.|
|2||Return beans to saucepan. Toss with remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes before servings.|
- For Lemon Herb Asparagus: Use 1 1/2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed, in place of green beans.
