1 | Spread refried beans on a large platter. |
2 | Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spoon mixture on top of beans. |
3 | Combine sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Spread on top of avocado mixture. |
4 | Combine green onions, tomatoes and olives. Spread mixture in a ring around outside edge of platter. Garnish top with remaining cheese and serve with tortilla chips. |
