Spaghetti with Meatballs
Makes 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
*1/3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
*1/2 cup milk
*1 pound ground beef
*1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
*1 teaspoon dried basil
*1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
*1 egg
*Salt and black pepper to taste
*5 cups (1 1/2 jars) Barilla Marinara Sauce
*16-ounce package Barilla Spaghetti
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray or lightly oil a baking sheet.
2Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 10-15 minutes.
3Mix ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, onions, basil, oregano, egg, salt and pepper together in a medium-sized bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes or until center temperature reaches 150F degrees.
4Heat sauce; when warmed, add cooked meatballs to sauce.
5Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
6Combine pasta and sauce with meatballs in a large serving bowl.
