Grilled Ribeye Steaks with Horseradish Sauce
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients
* FOR THE HORSERADISH SAUCE:
*2/3 cup good quality mayonnaise, such as Hellman's
*2 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish or more to taste
*1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
*Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
* FOR THE STEAKS:
*4 Angus ribeye steaks
*Olive oil for brushing
*Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1To prepare the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
2Prepare grill or charcoal fire.
3Brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill to desired doneness.
4Serve with horseradish sauce on the side.
