
Grilled Ribeye Steaks with Horseradish Sauce

* | FOR THE HORSERADISH SAUCE: |
* | 2/3 cup good quality mayonnaise, such as Hellman's |
* | 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish or more to taste |
* | 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
* | Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
* | FOR THE STEAKS: |
* | 4 Angus ribeye steaks |
* | Olive oil for brushing |
* | Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
1 | To prepare the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. |
2 | Prepare grill or charcoal fire. |
3 | Brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill to desired doneness. |
4 | Serve with horseradish sauce on the side. |
