Baby Back Bash Ribs
Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
*2 racks pork baby back ribs, rinsed and patted dry
* FOR THE RUB:
*1-ounce packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
*2 tablespoons paprika
*1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
* FOR THE SAUCE:
*18-ounce bottle prepared barbecue sauce
*1-ounce packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
*1 tablespoon molasses
*1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Rinse ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
2In a small bowl, combine Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, paprika and black pepper. Rub ribs with seasoning mixture and place in a shallow roasting pan; set aside.
3In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; pour sauce over ribs. Cover with foil and roast in preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
4Skim fat from sauce; set aside. Cut ribs into serving portions and serve with sauce on the side.
