
Baby Back Bash Ribs

* | 2 racks pork baby back ribs, rinsed and patted dry | * | FOR THE RUB: | * | 1-ounce packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix | * | 2 tablespoons paprika | * | 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper | * | FOR THE SAUCE: | * | 18-ounce bottle prepared barbecue sauce | * | 1-ounce packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix | * | 1 tablespoon molasses | * | 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |

Instructions
1 | Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Rinse ribs and pat dry with paper towels. |
2 | In a small bowl, combine Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, paprika and black pepper. Rub ribs with seasoning mixture and place in a shallow roasting pan; set aside. |
3 | In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; pour sauce over ribs. Cover with foil and roast in preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. |
4 | Skim fat from sauce; set aside. Cut ribs into serving portions and serve with sauce on the side. |
