
Caribbean Glazed Grilled Turkey
Makes 4 ServingsIngredients
* | 1/4 cup honey |
* | 8-ounce can pineapple slices, drained, juice reserved |
* | 1 tablespoon margarine, melted |
* | 1/2 teaspoon Jamaican jerk seasoning |
* | 1 package Shady Brook Farms or Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast Cutlets |
* | Salt and black pepper to taste |
Instructions
1 | Preheat charcoal or gas grill. |
2 | To prepare the glaze, combine honey, 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice, margarine and jerk seasoning in a small bowl. |
3 | In a large container, pour remaining juice over turkey. Let stand for 15 minutes. |
4 | Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170F degrees. Brush occasionally with honey and jerk seasoning glaze. |
5 | Place pineapple slices on turkey. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. |
