Grilled Tuna GremolataMakes 4 Servings
|*|| FOR THE GREMOLATA:|
|*||2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley|
|*||1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano|
|*||1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic|
|*||1/2 teaspoon minced lemon peel|
|*|| FOR THE TUNA:|
|*||1 pound tuna steaks, cut into 4 equal portions|
|*||4 teaspoons olive oil|
|*||1/2 teaspoon salt|
|*||1/4 teaspoon black pepper|
|*||1 tablespoon lemon juice|
|1||Prepare hot coals for grilling or preheat broiler.|
|2||Combine all ingredients for gremolata and mix well. Set aside.|
|3||Brush each tuna fillet with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Lightly season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.|
|4||Grill or broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.|
|5||Serve 2 teaspoons gremolata over each fillet.|
