Farfalle with Chicken,
Sweet Peppers & Garlic Sauce
Makes 4-6 Servings
*2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
*1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
*26-ounce jar Barilla Sweet Peppers & Garlic Sauce
*16-ounce box Barilla Farfalle pasta
*1/3 cup Romano cheese, grated
*2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and saute until golden brown. Add Sweet Peppers & Garlic Sauce. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
3Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
4Add hot pasta to sauce. Add grated cheese and basil; mix well.
