1 | Cut turkey into 1 1/2- by 1/2-inch strips. |
2 | Heat wok over high heat. Add oil, garlic, chilies and turkey. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, green onion and cashews. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes. |
