Cashew Turkey
Makes 4 Servings
*1 package Shady Brook Farms or Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast Cutlets
*2 tablespoons vegetable oil
*3 cloves garlic, minced
*4 red chilies, dried, chopped
*1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
*2 tablespoons oyster sauce
*1 tablespoon soy sauce
*6 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
*1 cup roasted cashews
*2 cups cooked rice
1Cut turkey into 1 1/2- by 1/2-inch strips.
2Heat wok over high heat. Add oil, garlic, chilies and turkey. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, green onion and cashews. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
3Remove at once and serve with cooked rice.
