Soup-er Chicken
Makes 8 servings
*1 8 oz. container of sour cream
*1 10 3/4 oz. can Golden Mushroom Soup
*8 slices bacon
*4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half for 8 pieces
1Mix sour cream and soup together.
2Spread 1/3rd in bottom of glass casserole dish.
3Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of chicken and place in casserole dish.
4Cover with remaining sour cream/soup mixture.
5Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 425 degrees for 45 minutes; remove foil cover, and cook 30 more minutes until bacon is crisp.
